I love Dr. Latham and her staff. I always feel that l can ask her anything and will get a straight answer. She is caring and compassionate as a doctor and a person. I have and will continue to refer friends, family and any one else that needs a good physician to her.

Dr. Latham always gives me healthy advice and listen to my concerns. I'm very please with our doctor-patient rapport.

Everyone working at Dr. Latham's office is polite very professional, helpful. Just awesome!

Great service

I was nervous and anxious about the visit but DR Latham and her 2 nurses along with the whole entire staff made me feel welcomed care concern and empathy. I was well satisfied with my experience at Sumter GYN

I did not have to wait very long. All the staff that I spoke to or had to deal with to schedule my next appointment, was very pleasant, I thought very professional. I will definitely not mind going back when I have another appointment.

It was simply amazing and I wouldn't change a single thing.

Had a good experience. The provider was very interested and engaging. She wanted to make sure I understood the procedure and results. She took the time to explain everything to me. The nurses were very nice also.

Prisma Health is just an amazing place to be. They are very courteous. They are very attentive to their patients and they just an overall, an A number one facility and I recommend everyone to Prisma Health and the fantastic doctors and nurses and just the caregivers all wrapped in one. Thank you.

Everytime I go to this facility the Dr and staff are amazing they answer any questions you have very friendly an respectful please don't change anything they are a wonderful group of drs and nurses

3rd shift doc and staff need to fallow throw with what they say they will do. Even ask for a blanket and we waited 45min b4 someone even seen we was there , then we got a blanket.

It could have been better with more emphasis being placed on "physical" it seems more like a doctor visit.

Nothing negative other than it took a while to get an appointment with the doctor that I wanted but that is evidence of a highly requested doctor.

Yes, I came in and saw Dr. Latham and I just can't tell you how much I appreciate her and how knowledgeable she was and she knew exactly what was wrong with me. Hi, the care was really good. I was just wondering when I would be called with my test results because they came in today but no one's contacted me to let me know what the next steps are, if I need like a different kind of medicine or something like that. So that's the only thing, the only feedback. I don't know if they've had a chance to look over it yet. Thank you.

I got in & out, Dr. Latham was so friendly, caring & knowledgeable.

I don't think that Dr. Latham cared that I am BRAC 1 positive. She seemed to think it isn't necessary for me to have my ovaries out. I know doctors in Sumter do the procedure and I don't need to go to MUSC. Everything I have heard from other doctors and read says it is very proactive to have that done.

I appreciate the upgrades to security in the office.

The front office staff and the one in the Lab are courteous and respectful. The exam room was filled with an unpleasant, pungent odor, but the nurse did not notice. Luckily, another nurse came in with Dr. Latham noticed and squirted something into the air to help with the odor, and it did. I have been coming to this practice for many years, and this is the first time I experienced this.

I have always been comfortable with dr latham..she is always busy so it's hard to get appts but I will always stay with her. All the staff is always polite and friendly

Everything was wonderful. Dr. Latham was great. The staff was great. I had excellent care and right on time.

I was disappointed with how my insurance was handled. I now have Medicare and TRICARE for life but I was made to pay a co-pay which I shouldn't have. The young lady was really nice, but did not have the knowledge when it came to handling people with that insurance. There was another patient in the next cubicle with the same issue. When I contacted TRICARE for life they told me that it was completely covered because they follow Medicare guidelines. Medicare covers wellness exams every 24 months but the young lady didn't seem to know that.

Prisma must reconsider accepting United Healthcare insurance

Dr. Latham is a great doctor and I've had her for many years and I would recommend her to anybody. She's good and the place was clean. Everything was perfect and I would recommend her for anyone. Thanks.

The LPN or tech taking the vitals was not friendly or welcoming. She did not even introduce herself . After that, everyone was pleasant and respectful, the medical provider was very respectful and professional
