The person working the front desk was taking a personal call for the entire time that I was there and was not helpful or attentive. I brought in an infant with trouble breathing and all she did was tell me to scan a QR code and complete all the forms before I could see anyone.The nurse and doctor that I interacted with were very nice and professional and I was seen as soon as I was let in. I had a great experience once I was admitted.

Front staff needs to be more approachable but the nurses and Doctor are amazing. Their bedside manner especially working with children is so important. I had to call after my visit and was promised a call back. I expected nothing but was amazed when I got a call from the doctor and had every concern addressed. I prefer to use PM for the kids VS other urgent cares.

I love PM Pediatric, I walked in with a wrong appointment in a different facility due to my own mistake and they took my daughter with no problem. I wasn't there for long time. I love how committed and attentive they're with my daughter. Thanks for all your amazing and clean place.
