To Columbus:
Marko Dano
To Winnipeg:
Oliver Bjorkstrand
Dano is a great player but unfortunately appears to be in the doghouse of a coach who is making bad lineup decisions. He goes back to an organization that appreciates him. Jets get Bjorkstrand who can reunite with his Center from the juniors.

EDIT: For-real explanation: the Bjorkstrand we have now looks to be a better player than the Dano we used to have, and Bjorkstrand is actually improving as time goes on, unlike Dano.

Having someone like Bjorkstrand was a huge reason Dano being traded wasn't a big deal. No reason to trade Bjorkstrand and his potential for someone who hasn't improved since we traded him.

Did you really think Dano and Bjorkstrand hold equal value at this point?

No one is untouchable, but if the Jets would really want Bjorkstrand it would take one hell of a sweetener.

Serious question for the OP...what’s the incentive for the Jackets? Kind of looks like they are takin a guy who isn’t working out in WPG and are having to give up a better player in the process

Until I read this thread I thought Dano was the better player, guess I was wrong, anyway no deal here as others have said.

Bjorkstrand is worth roughly 10 of Dano I'd say

Not a chance. There is no way I would trade Bjorkstrand for Dano.

Seriously
You wouldn't take lottery pick for someone who's 22 and made 13 points in his best season?
Do agree that Dano holds no value.
